New clinical documentation support
In the coming weeks we will begin using an advanced digital system to help streamline the creation and management of clinical notes. This helps ensure the accuracy and completeness of your records, frees up more time for face-to-face and virtual discussion, and improves continuity of care across our team.
A new virtual reception service
To reduce time spent on hold and make appointment requests smoother, we are introducing an AI-assisted virtual reception service to handle call-booking and general enquiries.
Recording of consultations
To further support clinical safety and quality assurance, both face-to-face and virtual consultations will be recorded (audio only) and stored securely as part of your medical record, consistent with our existing approach to telephone consultations. You will always be informed before a consultation is recorded, and you can opt out at any time — just let the clinician or receptionist know at the start of your appointment.
