When we’re closed

We’re closed on all public bank holidays. On Thursday afternoons (1:30pm–6:30pm), telephone calls are directed to our out-of-hours service on 0300 033 5000. At any other time the surgery is closed, please call 111. Always call 999 in an emergency — including chest pain or shortness of breath.

Extended access hubs

Extended hours appointments are available at a number of local hubs outside normal practice hours — ask reception for details.

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
