Who can register
We welcome new patients who live within our practice boundary. Please check the boundary map before registering; if you live outside this area we may not be able to accept you onto our list.
How registration works
The quickest way to register is online. Online registration typically takes about a week to process. If you’re unable to complete the form online, you’re welcome to visit the practice in person and a member of our team will help you complete a paper registration form.
Accessibility
Our premises are wheelchair accessible, and our staff are on hand to support patients with hearing difficulties, visual impairment or other access needs — just ask at reception. We meet the requirements of the Accessible Information Standard, and can provide information in alternative formats such as large print on request.
Named GP
Every patient registered with us has a named, accountable GP responsible for overseeing their overall care under the NHS Named GP Scheme. This doesn’t limit which GP or nurse you see day-to-day. Ask reception if you’d like to know who your named GP is.
