Total Triage

To improve how we deliver care, all appointment, medical and admin requests are submitted through our online triage service. This is reviewed by our clinical team, who direct you to the most appropriate care — whether that’s a GP, nurse, pharmacist or another service — quickly and efficiently.

Can’t get to the practice online?

If you’re unable to complete a request online, please call the surgery on 0207 739 6677 and a member of our reception team will support you.

Urgent medical help

If you need urgent medical advice on a Thursday afternoon (1:30pm–6:30pm) or at any other time we’re closed, call our out-of-hours service on 0300 033 5000, or NHS 111 by dialling 111 or visiting 111.nhs.uk. Always call 999 in a life-threatening emergency, including chest pain or shortness of breath.

Extended access hubs

Extended hours appointments are also available at a number of local hubs outside normal practice hours.
