Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making our services accessible to every patient.
Our commitment
We are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all patients, and to meeting the requirements of the Accessible Information Standard. This means we identify, record, flag, share and meet the communication needs of patients with a disability, impairment or sensory loss.
Getting into the building
Our premises are fully wheelchair accessible. We have a hearing aid support system for patients with hearing difficulties, and can provide information in alternative formats, such as large print, on request.
Support with our services
Our staff are happy to help patients who need extra support — including help completing online forms such as triage requests, and general guidance when accessing our services. If you have a specific communication or accessibility need, please let a member of our team know so we can make the right arrangements.
This website
We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines, including keyboard navigation, clear headings, readable contrast and accessible forms. If you have difficulty using any part of this site, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
